Chinese antique lacquered cabinet with three tiers

A delightful three tiered antique Chinese cabinet with black lacquered panels, which contrast beautifully with the paler Chinese Elm. The handles and hinges are in brass. This lovely cabinet was previously used in an office. It dates from the late 19th century and comes from Guangdong in Southern China. The lacquered panels are beautifully hand painted with classical mountain scenes and vistas.
