Altar table with curved top

Antique altar table with curved top. Created in the early 19th century in Anhui and it is made from Chinese Elm. It has two small drawers and two doors. The doors have a moon decoration finished in brass. The fixings and pin lock are in brass. This beautiful small Chinese cabinet has exquisite carving between the main struts of the legs and each of the sides. Used on a table top it would have held joss sticks and offerings.
