Antique Ningbo cabinet with carved panel in doors

This lovely Chinese cabinet with contrasting wood finishes is made in Ningbo and dates from the mid 19th century. It is made from Chinese Elm. The upper panels of the two doors have excellent carvings. At the bottom are three drawers. Inside the cabinet there are two shelves. The handles and fixings are decorative and it is finished with a brass pin.
