Opium Chinese Bed Table

A small, plain antique Chinese table which was used on an opium divan bed. It held all the equipment and pipes. This particular Chinese table has no carving but gentle curves give it a very pleasing appearance. The wood is beautiful.

It is made from Chinese Elm, comes from the coastal region of China and dates from the late 19th Century.
