Antique Chinese Tea Table

This antique Chinese cabinet has plain simple lines and uses two colours of wood, Chinese Elm and Rosewood.

The beautiful inlaid work in the Rosewood is done with bone. This particular Chinese table was made in the late 19th century in Ningbo. There are three drawers and four doors. Inside is a single shelf. Around three sides of the top is a low trim which is removeable making for easy cleaning. As a result it is ideal as a serving table
